GRAND PARK

The Grand Park project is located in the Ontario Ranch area within The City of Ontario. The 330 lots are located on Ontario Ranch Road between Haven and Archibald and to the south of New Haven. Ontario Ranch Road opens from the Cantu-Galleano interchange on the I-15 Freeway. 

RCCD, Inc. obtained all approvals for the re-entitlement of the project:

  • Grand Park Development Plan approved February 21, 2014
  • Development Agreement approved and recorded February 6, 2015
  • TTM 18662 approved September 23, 2014
  • EIR approved January 21, 2014
  • Specific Plan approved February 4, 2014
  • Recorded NOD for EIR and SP February 5, 2014
  • All wet utility easements in place to complete off-site improvements

Falloncrest Chino

The Falloncrest Chino project is highly visible within the Preserve Specific Plan in the City of Chino.

The site is located on Pine Avenue immediately adjacent to the actively selling Harvest Masterplan. The site has easy access to the 71 Corona Expressway, 60 Freeway and I-15 Interchanges.

AVENUE 229

Avenue 229 is a highly visible and well located subdivision in The Avenue Specific Plan in the New Model Colony. Just south of vastly traveled Riverside Drive and abutting the major north/south corridor of Archibald Avenue, the community provides quick access to retail centers. The project is also central to the employment centers of Chino and Ontario and has quick freeway access to job centers in San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

ESPERANZA

Esperanza, a Joint Venture with GDC Communities, is a 660 unit project in Ontario Ranch. Thoughtfully planned residential site development includes private amenities, parks and access to nearby shopping, dining and entertainment at Eastvale Gateway.
